This was the third notes issue of JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums””. In December 2004, JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” completed the first unsecured notes issue in the amount of EUR 3 855 500 with the 2 year maturity. The Notes of the first issue were repaid on December 29, 2006. The second issue of the Bank notes was completed in the spring of 2006. The total amount of this issue was EUR 5 000 000, with the term of 3 years. JSC “Parex banka” was also the arranger of the two previous issues.

with the 2 year maturity. The Notes of the first issue were repaid on December
29, 2006. The second issue of the Bank notes was completed in the spring
of 2006. The total amount of this issue was EUR 5 000 000, with the term
of 3 years. JSC “Parex banka” was also the arranger of the two previous
issues.

With this, we announce that all the offered notes have been placed with investors and that the offering is completed. The Bank is going to carry out a 100 000 Notes Issue with the total size of EUR 10’000’000. The notes mature on 2 February 2010.
AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” plans to use the proceeds raised through the notes issue for further development of shipping finance and trade finance.
